Ingredients
- 2 packs tortellini with cheese filling, from the cooling shelf
- Salt water
- 3 red pepper (s)
- 100 g almond sticks
- 300 g rocket
- some balsamic bianco
- some oil (preferably nut oil)
- salt and pepper
- sugar

- Cook the tortellini in salted water according to the instructions on the packet, allow to cool. Toast the almonds briefly in the oven at 200 ° C until they are light brown, then let them cool. Clean the peppers and cut into cubes. Wash and drain the rocket.
- Make a dressing from vinegar, oil and the spices, let tortellini and paprika steep in it for about 1 - 2 hours. Mix in the almonds and rocket just before serving.
- It doesn`t harm the salad at all if it permeates a lot longer. It can be prepared well.
