Ingredients
- 500 g watermelon (s)
- 200 g feta cheese
- 50 g pine nuts
- 10 mint leaves
- 1 lemon (s), juice it
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and pepper

- Roast the pine nuts in a pan without fat.
- Weigh the mint small.
- Dice the watermelon, mix with the pine nuts and mint in a bowl and dress with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Arrange and finally crumble the feta over it.
- Tastes delicious as a side dish with steak or as a summer main course with fresh baguette. It`s always a hit with us when it comes to buffets.
