Ingredients
- 10 g mint, (nano mint)
- 1 lemon (s), untreated, zest the zest
- 200 g suar, brown
- 3 clove (s)
- 1 bottle rum, white

- Put the mint, lemon zest, cloves and sugar in a wide-necked bottle with a screw cap, pour the rum over it, close it well and shake well.
- Strain after 3 weeks and fill into suitable bottles and allow to mature for another 14 days.
- Empty piccolo bottles are always well suited
