Ingredients
- 150 g lamb`s lettuce
- 0.5 ½ watermelon (s)
- 150 g feta cheese
- 20 g pine nuts, toasted
For the dressing:
- some lemon balm
- 7 tablespoon pear juice or orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 7 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoon cream cheese
- Salt and pepper

- Wash and pluck the lamb`s lettuce. Cut half of a watermelon into bite-sized pieces. Also cut the feta cheese into small pieces and put everything in a bowl.
- For the dressing, mix together juice, honey, oil, balsamic vinegar, cream cheese and chopped lemon balm. Lightly salt and / or pepper as desired.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and top with the roasted pine nuts.
