Ingredients
- 250 g lettuce, your choice
- 4 large tomato (s)
- 125 g feta cheese, matured in brine
- 6 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon vinegar, raspberry
- 1 teaspoon mustard, medium hot
- 1 tablespoon basil, fresh, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon nuts, if you like
- salt and pepper

- Wash the lettuce thoroughly, drain it and, if necessary, cut it into bite-sized pieces. Wash and slice tomatoes. Dice the feta, keep the brine.
- Prepare a dressing from olive oil, raspberry vinegar, mustard, basil, honey, spices and the stored brine.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix together.
