Ingredients
For the dough:
- 300 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup powdered drink (Nesquik)
- 1 cup mineral water
- 200 g flour
- 200 g hazelnuts, round
- 1 packet baking powder
- 5 egg (s)
For the cast:
- 100 g powdered suar
- 3 tablespoon lemon juice

- Put all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix with a hand mixer or electric mixer.
- Then put the liquid dough in a greased and possibly breaded dish and bake at 200 degrees for an hour.
- I always take a Frankfurter Kranz form and cover the cake after about 40 minutes.
- I quickly mix icing sugar and lemon juice and spread it over the entire cake that has cooled down.
