  • 80 g suar
  • 1 packet lemon peel
  • 150 g yourt, low in fat
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 175 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons, leveled baking powder
  • 50 g almond sticks

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and quarter the apples, cut out the core and halve each quarter again. Do not halve an apple, but cut it into small cubes.
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl for about 1 minute until frothy. Add sugar and lemon peel and beat everything again for a total of 3 minutes. Briefly stir in yogurt and oil. Mix flour with baking powder and stir in briefly on the lowest setting. Fold the diced apple into the batter. Pour the dough into a greased springform pan (26 cm) and spread it on.
  3. Score the apple eighth and spread it on the cake. Scatter the almonds on top. Bake the pan in the lower third in an oven preheated to 180 ° for about 35 minutes.
