Ingredients

  • Pancakes :
  • 250 g flour
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 shot mineral water

For the filling:

  • 500 g sausae meat
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 100 ml sweet cream, liquid
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, cut into small pieces
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 ml broth, hot

Instructions

  1. First make a pancake batter, depending on how you feel about it, play with the liquids. Some people like the batter to be firmer, others thinner! Bake the pancakes.
  2. Mix the roast with the egg, the cream, the parsley and the spices to a homogeneous mass and spread about 1 1/2 tablespoons on each pancake, this can be more or less, depending on your taste.
