Ingredients

  • 200 g meat sausae
  • 200 g sausae, (black sausae)
  • 200 g cucumber (s), (pickles)
  • 100 g tomato peppers, from the jar
  • 3 large onion (s)

For the sauce:

  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar, (wine vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ sugar
  • possibly water
  • some black pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel the meat sausage and black sausage and cut into fine strips with pickles and tomato peppers. Cut the onions into fine rings.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and season to taste. Mix all ingredients together and let steep for another half an hour.
  3. It is best served with fish farmhouse bread and a cold beer.
