  • 125 g rice puddin
  • 35 g suar
  • 1 banana (s)
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 200 ml water

To sprinkle:

  • Sugar and some cinnamon, optional

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except the banana in a saucepan and bring to a simmer on a low heat. Then let it steep for 30 minutes on the lowest level and stir again and again.
  2. Peel and slice the banana. When the rice pudding is ready, arrange the banana slices on the rice and sprinkle with a little sugar and, if you like, cinnamon.
