  • 100 g butter
  • 125 g suar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 point pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 7 tablespoon milk
  • 140 g flour
  • 60 g oatmeal
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 250 g powdered suar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • some food coloring, red and yellow

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon juice and eggs into a frothy mixture. Stir the pudding powder with milk until smooth, fold into the foam mixture. Mix the flour, oat flakes, starch, baking powder, slowly fold into the dough.
  2. Put the dough with 2 tablespoons as an oval pile on a baking sheet. Leave a gap, the dough will spread apart.
  3. Bake at 175 ° C for about 10 to 12 minutes. Let cool down.
  4. Mix powdered sugar, lemon juice and water. Put 2 tablespoons of frosting in an extra cup. Color yolk yellow with yellow and a little red food coloring.
  5. Pour the white glaze on the cooled baked eggs. Let dry. Put a yellow yolk in the middle of the egg with a teaspoon.
