Sweet Pita Roll with Nectarines and Apples

Delicate pita roll with fruit, strudel version. This recipe uses nectarines and apples as the filling. They make the lavash roll sweet and juicy.

Ingredients

  • Thin pita – 150 g
  • Nectarines – 2 pcs.
  • Apples – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 80 g
  • Butter – 70 g

Directions

  1. To prepare a sweet pita roll with fruits, you first need to prepare the products.
  2. We unfold a sheet of pita bread and put soft butter on it. Using a knife, cover the entire surface with oil.
  3. Shred nectarines into small pieces spread on pita bread.
  4. Grind the apple, add it to the overall workpiece.
  5. Sprinkle the filling with sugar on top.
  6. We begin to roll up the roll, having previously folded all the edges.
  7. Lubricate the strudel roll with soft butter. We can also use an egg with milk for this.
  8. Cooking a sweet pita roll with fruit in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Cover the finished baked goods with a linen towel. We are waiting for it to cool down.
  9. Sweet pita roll (strudel) is ready.
