- 4 slices ham
- 2 egg (s)
- lamb`s lettuce
- salt and pepper

- Wash and clean the tuber thoroughly. Then cut into 0.5 - 2 cm thick slices.
- Toast the slices of sweet potato two or three times (depending on the toaster) on the highest setting so that they turn golden brown or have the consistency you want.
- In the meantime, you can prepare your ingredients for the topping - simply fry a fried egg or two and wash the lamb`s lettuce.
- When the toast has the desired consistency, top with the ham and the fried egg. Depending on your needs, you can sprinkle the sweet potato toast with lamb`s lettuce, salt and pepper and your sweet potato toast is ready!
