Ingredients
- 1 cup brown rice
- 2 cup water
- 2 apples the favorite variety
- water
- cinnamon
- Lemon juice
- Sugar or liquid sweetener

- Let the rice simmer slowly slimy with water and without salt, this takes about 30 minutes.
- For the applesauce, peel the apples and cut into small pieces. Boil with a little water in about 10 minutes until they are translucent. Possibly add a little cinnamon or sugar (I use liquid sweetener).
- When the apples are done, puree them with a magic wand or strain them through a sieve and then mix with the rice.
- Season with lemon juice at the very end.
- The rice tastes just great cold and warm!
