  • 250 g mascarpone
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • liter ⅛ amaretto
  • Desiccated coconut

Instructions

  1. Make a sponge cake from eggs, 180 g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar and the flour.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° in a springform pan (26 cm) for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down and finely crumble.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together. Mix in the biscuit crumbs and leave to cool in the fridge overnight.
  4. The next day, form small balls (about the size of table tennis balls) and roll them in desiccated coconut. Place in the refrigerator for another 1 - 2 hours.
  5. Well chilled, they are a pleasure on many occasions. Especially as a dessert at parties, because you can easily eat them without cutlery or plates.
