Sweet Tartlets, Dessert

Sweet Sugar Tartlets – Great for serving fruit salad or ice cream.

Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Sugar – 1 glass

Directions

  1. We mix sugar and eggs.
  2. Add flour.
  3. Beat the dough thoroughly with a mixer.
  4. We turn on the oven.
  5. Grease a baking sheet with oil or cover with baking paper. Pour dough pancakes with a tablespoon on a baking sheet.
  6. We bake sweet tartlets at a temperature of 170-180 degrees for 10 minutes. Be sure to watch the dough so it doesn’t burn!
  7. While the blanks are baking, prepare the molds (I had vodka glasses).
  8. Carefully remove the hot pancakes from the baking sheet (they may stick a little). We transfer them to the inverted glasses and lightly press the edges, forming a cup. Leave the sweet tartlets until they cool completely (about 20 minutes).
  9. Ready-made tartlets can be filled with not very sweet fruit salad or ice cream.
