Dessert Curd Dough Tartlets

Sweet cottage cheese tartlets are delicious on their own)) Well, if you fill them with cream or fruit, you get a wonderful festive dessert!

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese – 200 g
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp
  • Oil – 100 g
  • Flour – 1 glass

Directions

  1. Grind cottage cheese with sugar.
  2. Add soft butter and mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour while continuing to mix thoroughly.
  4. Knead a soft dough and leave for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn on the oven and preheat it to 190 degrees.
  6. Roll out a layer of dough, 5-7 mm thick. It is convenient to roll out the dough between two layers of cling film.
  7. Cut circles out of the dough and line the inside of the tartlet molds with dough circles. Make several punctures with a fork. Bake curd tartlets for 20-30 minutes.
  8. The curd tartlets are ready.
