Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 50 ml cream
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seed oil
- 2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
- possibly balsamic vinegar (crema di -) to drizzle over
- some pumpkin seeds for garnish

- Mix the first six ingredients together. Divide between 2 bowls. Sprinkle a few pumpkin seeds on top.
- The dessert or the sweet snack in between tastes cold or warm - for the latter it is best to put the mixture in the microwave for 1.5 minutes, then stir well.
- Tip: add a little crema di balsamic vinegar to the portions before serving.
