- 500 g ribbon pasta (reen taliatelle)
- 150 g crabs
- 200 g Goronzola
- 200 ml cream
- some Milk
- 200 g cheese (rated Emmentaler)
- 2 cloves garlic)

- Cook the green tagliatelle in salted water as usual. When the noodles are ready, let them cool down and stir in the crabs later.
- Cut the Gorgonzola cheese into small pieces, heat the butter in a saucepan and melt the cheese in it, then add the cream and a little milk, squeeze in the garlic, season with salt and pepper and let the sauce simmer a little.
- Put the pasta with the crabs in a baking dish, pour the Gorgonzola sauce over it and finally sprinkle the grated cheese over it.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 20 minutes.
