Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 4 medium egg (s)
  • 200 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 cup flour
  • 1 packet baking powder

For the cream:

  • 100 g butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs with the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the egg mixture.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the dough on it and bake at 200 ° C for about 15-20 minutes. Let the dough cool down.
  3. Cut out cakes with a round shape (or a glass). Crumble the leftovers and let them dry briefly on a baking sheet in the oven.
  4. Mix the ingredients for the cream.
  5. First dip the small cakes in the cream and then roll them in the crumbs. The cakes are quasi breaded.
  6. The cake can be baked a day in advance and it can also be frozen very easily.
