  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 5 apples
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Put the flour, sugar, butter and egg in a bowl and knead a dough. Shape a ball and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Grease a springform pan or a tart pan. Roll out the dough thinly on a floured surface and line the mold with it. Form a narrow edge. Usually there is still dough left for 2-3 small molds.
  2. While the dough is in the refrigerator, the apples are peeled, the core removed and cut into slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Then distribute the apple slices on the dough and lightly powder with cinnamon powder to taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Then take out the cake and glaze it with jam. I use either apricot or fig jam.
