Ingredients

  • 300 g tartare
  • 1 small avocado (s), cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon, heaped dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 shallot (s), cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan
  • salt and pepper
  • truffle oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients without the meat and the avocado cubes. Then add the meat and finally fold in the avocado cubes.
  2. Arrange on plates and enjoy with toast and butter. If you like, add a little truffle oil over the tartar.
