Tartlets with Ham and Cheese Salad, with Mushrooms and Tomatoes

A very beautiful cold appetizer for a festive table – tartlets with salad and pickled champignons. For the preparation of the appetizer, we will use ready-made purchased tartlets.

Ingredients

  • Tartlets (ready-made) – 10 pcs.
  • Ham – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Sour cream – 1 tbsp
  • Green onion – 1 pc.
  • Marinated champignons, medium-sized – 20 pcs.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Dill greens – 3-5 branches

Directions

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the ham and cheese salad tartlets.
    Boil the egg hard.
  2. How to make tartlets with salad and mushrooms:
  3. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  4. Cut the cheese in the same way.
  5. Grind the boiled egg.
  6. Cut half the cucumber in any way.
  7. Finely chop the green onion. Add the onion to the salad, leaving some for garnish.
  8. Combine all ingredients in a deep bowl. Season the salad with sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix.
  9. Fill the tartlets with salad (in each tartlet – 2 teaspoons of salad).
  10. Grate the remaining half of the cucumber on a special grater or simply cut into slices. Cut the circles in half.
  11. Decorate the tartlets with cucumbers. Put 2 pickled mushrooms in each tartlet.
  12. Sprinkle with herbs.
  13. Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Put the tomatoes in the tartlets.
  14. Tartlets with salad and pickled mushrooms are ready! Bon appetit!
