Sand Tartlets Baked with Mushrooms and Cheese

A miniature hot appetizer that everyone will love. Sand tartlets baked with mushrooms and cheese are quite simple to prepare. Serve the portioned appetizer right after baking, garnish with fresh herbs.

Ingredients

  • Sand tartlets – 22 pcs.
  • Champignons – 500 g
  • Onions – 200 g
  • Hard cheese – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Vegetable oil – 20 ml
  • Flour – 3 pinches
  • A mixture of Italian herbs – 1-1.5 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

You can buy sand tartlets at a large supermarket or make at home. Buy sour cream of any fat content.

Directions

  1. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet. Add the onion and fry over medium heat for 7-8 minutes, until golden brown.
  3. Wash the champignons thoroughly and cut into small pieces along with the legs.
  4. Add the chopped mushrooms to the onion. Stir. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat until the juice evaporates.
  5. Add flour and herbs. Stir. Fry for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Add sour cream. Stir. Cook for 1-2 minutes until thick.
  7. Turn off the fire. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir.
  8. Turn the oven 180 degrees to preheat. Fill all tartlets with mushroom filling. Line a baking dish or baking sheet with foil and line out the filled tartlets. They didn’t fit in one form. Each tartlet contains approximately 20-25 g of mushroom mass, it all depends on the size of your tartlet.
  9. Grate hard cheese on a fine grater. Spread over the mushroom filling on top. Send to a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Bake for 5-10 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  10. Sand tartlets baked with mushrooms and cheese are ready.
