Dorada Baked with Mushrooms and Cheese

Dorada baked in mashed potatoes with porcini mushrooms and dor blue cheese.

Ingredients

  • Dorada – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 25 g
  • Green onions – to taste
  • Dried porcini mushrooms – 30 g (weighed boiled)
  • Onions – 30 g
  • Dor blue cheese – 20-25 g
  • Potatoes – 240 g
  • Quail egg – 1 pc.
  • Butter – 10 g
  • Milk to taste
  • Flour – about 20 g

Directions

  1. We make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes, adding carrots in small cubes, finely chopped green onions, an egg, salt, flour. The puree should be thick.
  2. Boil mushrooms, chop, fry with onions, add some salt.
  3. We fille the fish to get skinless fillets. If there are bones left somewhere, then remove them.
  4. Wrap the meat in cling film, lay the puree, giving it a rectangular shape, about half a centimeter thick. Put fish fillets on mashed potatoes. For fish, cheese, and mushrooms. Roll up with a roll.
  5. Transfer to a greased baking sheet. We bake for 20 minutes at 220 degrees.
  6. On top of the fish, baked with mushrooms, poured his favorite sauce (mayonnaise, garlic, kickcoman, tangerine juice).
