Baked Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

2 bulbs garlic
4 tablespoon olive oil, very good
350 g mushrooms e.. mushrooms, oyster mushrooms or chanterelles
2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
8 spring onion (s), cut into 2-3 cm long pieces.
salt and pepper

Instructions

Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius.
Push the garlic bulbs apart a little. Cut off the tips of each toe. Place in a small baking dish, season with salt and pepper and drizzle with the oil. Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
This makes the garlic tender and has a very mild aroma. Let cool down. Then push the toes out of the bowl into a bowl.
Pour the oil from the baking dish into a pan (add a few more drops if necessary) and heat. Fry the mushrooms in it for approx. 4 minutes.
Add garlic, parsley and spring onions and fry for about 5 minutes, turning constantly. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
