Baked Garlic Sauce

I want to share with you a recipe that will tell you how to make baked garlic sauce. Add heavy cream and broth to this, which will give the sauce a tenderness and a pleasant creamy texture.

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 1 Piece (large head)
  • Vegetable oil – 3.5 Art. spoons
  • Wheat flour – 3 tbsp
  • Vegetable broth – 240 Milliliters
  • Fat cream – 120 Milliliters
  • Salt, pepper – To taste

Directions

  1. First, you need to remove the top husk from the garlic, sprinkle with oil, wrap it tightly with foil and send it for 30 minutes to an oven preheated to 200 degrees.
  2. Let the garlic cool, peel and transfer to the oil heated in a pan.
  3. Add flour to the pan, stir to absorb the liquid. Fry until light golden brown.
  4. Heat the broth slightly and pour into the pan, stirring constantly. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens. Then pour in the cream and mix well.
  5. Boil for a couple of minutes, add salt and pepper to taste.
