- 16 slices beef fillet (s), thin
- Pepper from the grinder
- 40 g butter
- salt
- 400 g rocket
- 10 tablespoon oil, (walnut oil)
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 200 g cheese, (hard cheese)

- Pepper the beef fillet slices, fry them briefly in clarified butter (2 minutes on each side), season with salt. Wash rocket and drain. Make a marinade from walnut oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, add rocket, mix well. Slice hard cheese.
- Spread the salad on large plates, place the beef fillet slices on top and sprinkle with the hard cheese. Then serve.
