A simple recipe for the most delicate tiramisu in glasses. An incredibly light, delicious, and easy-to-prepare Italian dessert. Sponge biscuits soaked in aromatic coffee, combined with airy cream with mascarpone cheese – the Tiramisu dessert will hardly leave anyone indifferent!
Ingredients
Savoyard cookies – 200 g
Fat cream 33% – 250 ml
Mascarpone cheese – 250 g
Yolks – 3 pcs.
Sugar (preferably fine) – 100 g
Strong coffee (espresso) – 350 ml
Cognac (optional) – 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder (for serving) – 2 tbsp
Directions
Beat the yolks and sugar into a fluffy light mass until the sugar dissolves.
Add room temperature mascarpone cream cheese to the whipped yolks. Stir until smooth.
Whip the cooled heavy cream into a fluffy, strong mass.
Combine the cheese mass with whipped cream (add cream in portions) and gently stir with a spatula from the bottom to top.
Prepare strong coffee and let it cool. For taste, you can add a little good cognac or coffee liqueur to the coffee (if you don’t want – you can not add). Savoyard biscuit cookies (broken in half) are dipped in coffee for 1-2 seconds and immediately taken out. You don’t need to keep cookies in coffee for a long time, otherwise, they will fall apart.
Immediately put the cookies in glasses at the bottom. Then we spread some cream. And again, cookies and cream. We put the tiramisu in the refrigerator for a cooling, at least for 2 hours.
Sprinkle the cooled dessert with cocoa (use good cocoa powder).
