Ingredients

  • 1 liter cream (full cream)
  • 160 g suar
  • 140 g Toblerone, rouhly chopped
  • 8 sheets gelatin
  • Water for soaking

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream, sugar and Toblerone and set aside. Soak the gelatine in cold water.
  2. Squeeze out the gelatine and stir into the still lukewarm cream and Toblerone mixture. Portion and chill for at least 3 hours.
