Instructions

  1. Mix the egg with a small part of the milk. Put the cream, remaining milk and sugar in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Chop up the toffifees with a mixer, add them to the hot milk and let dissolve while stirring. Stir the alcohol into the boiling mixture, remove the saucepan from the heat immediately, stir in the egg-milk mixture quickly and pour it through a sieve into a separate measuring beaker to remove the nuts from the toffifees.
  3. Then fill the finished liqueur into suitable vessels and let it cool down.
  4. Can e.g., Coffee or hot chocolate are added, tastes very good!

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
