Ingredients

  • 1 ciabatta
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 375 g mozzarella
  • 5 tomato (s)
  • 50 g parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons herbs, Italian, dried
  • 150 g ham, cooked, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet tomato (s), chunky (370 g)

Instructions

  1. Cut the ciabatta into slices and brush or drizzle with oil on each side. Place on the baking sheet and roast in a preheated oven at 175 ° for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Turn once in between.
  2. Cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into slices. Finely grate the parmesan. Halve the garlic, rub the casserole dish with it and then grease it. Place half of the tomatoes in the pan. Season well with salt, pepper and herbs. Layer half each of the ham, mozzarella, chunky tomatoes and parmesan on top. Season and place half of the bread slices on top. Layer the remaining ingredients and season well. Finish with mozzarella and parmesan. Bake the casserole in a hot oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
