Tomatoes “Under a Fur Coat”

Tomatoes “under a fur coat” – a light and beautiful appetizer made from tomatoes and cheese. If you are choosing salads for a festive table for your birthday or what to cook for a late dinner, then the recipe for tomatoes “under a fur coat” is for you.

Ingredients

  • Fresh tomatoes – 3-4 pcs.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Chicken eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Garlic – 2-3 cloves
  • Mayonnaise – 3-4 tbsp
  • Parsley greens – 0.5 bunch
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Salt – 1-2 pinches

Directions

  1. Boil eggs hard-boiled (10 minutes). Cool, peel, grate on a fine grater. Peel the garlic, crushed in a garlic bowl.

  2. Mix mayonnaise with garlic. Mix well.
  3. Grate hard cheese on a medium grater.
  4. Wash and dry the tomatoes.
  5. Cut the tomatoes into circles.
  6. Place half of the tomatoes on a serving plate.
  7. Brush the tomatoes with mayonnaise and garlic.
  8. Season with salt and pepper and put half of the grated eggs on the tomatoes. Put half of the grated cheese on top.
  9. Then lay out the remaining tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and add the other half of the eggs. Place the remaining cheese on top of the eggs.
  10. Place the snack in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Wash and finely chop the herbs. Decorate the dish with herbs. Tomatoes “under a fur coat” are ready. You can serve.
