Pork Chops Baked Under a Fur Coat

Delicious pork chops baked under a fur coat of mushrooms, potatoes, and cheese – this is a winning option for dinner – a “2 in 1” dish, and a cutlet and side dish in one “bottle”.

Ingredients

  • Pork (boneless carbonate) – 600 g
  • Champignons – 250 g
  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.

  • Cheese – 200 g
  • Mayonnaise – 100 ml
  • Vegetable oil – 50 ml
  • Parsley to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Salt to taste

Directions
