Ingredients

  • 500 g tortellini
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 bell pepper (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 can tomato (s), (pizza tomato)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 0.5 ½ package cheese, grated or more
  • butter
  • salt and pepper
  • Ketchup
  • oregano

Instructions

  1. Cook the tortellinis as instructed.
  2. Cut the peppers and onions into cubes and fry them with the minced meat. When the minced meat is nice and brown, add the tomatoes and let them cook a little. Now season everything with the spices.
  3. Mix the tortellini with the minced meat. Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish, pour some cream over it and put on the grated cheese. Then pour in the other half of the mixture of pasta and minced meat and pour the cream again, sprinkle cheese over it and put flakes of butter on top.
  4. Bake everything in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 150 °!
  5. A mixed salad goes well with it!
