Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat, half and half
  • 400 ml cream
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 250 g tortellini

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat. Add the cream and bring to the boil. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and vegetable stock (powder). Boil the tortellini and add to the sauce and bring to the boil again.
