Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 can tomato (s), peeled
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • 200 g cheese, rated
  • 100 g corn flakes or potato chips
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Drain the tomatoes and corn. Put the corn in a baking dish, then pour the diced tomatoes over it.
  2. Drain the tuna.
  3. Melt the butter in a small saucepan, stir in the flour and slowly stir in the milk to prepare a light sauce. Season the sauce with a little pepper and salt and then stir in the tuna. Spread this sauce over the tomatoes in the baking dish. Sprinkle with the grated cheese and then crumble the corn flakes or potato chips on top.
  4. Baked in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
  5. Tastes great with baked potatoes. Simply cut the freshly baked potato crosswise and serve with the Tuna Bake. Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top for decoration.
