Ingredients

  • 200 g tuna in its own juice, drained
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, freshly chopped
  • Sea salt and pepper
  • 50 g toast bread, (wholemeal toast), crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon flour, (whole grain flour)
  • Vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Mash the tuna with the egg and parsley. Add the toast crumbs and mix everything well, then stir in enough flour to create a malleable mass. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide the mixture into 20 small portions, roll them into balls and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the tuna balls on top and drizzle with a little oil. Bake until golden brown and crispy in 15-20 minutes. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
  3. Serve warm or cold.
