  • 1 can tuna, approx. 80 g
  • 5 cocktail tomatoes
  • pepper from the grinder
  • 125 g cream cheese (arlic cream cheese)
  • 4 slices ciabatta
  • some olive oil
  • some chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna in a colander, then pick it apart with a fork. Cut the cherry tomatoes into small pieces. Put both in a bowl and season with pepper.
  2. Drizzle the ciabatta with olive oil and place in the oven under the grill for about 5 minutes. Take out of the oven and brush with the cream cheese. Spread the tomato and tuna pieces on top and garnish with chives.
