Ingredients

  • 1 roll (s) puff pastry
  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 40 g Gouda, rated

For the tzatziki:

  • 250 g quark
  • 150 g natural yourt
  • 120 g crème fraîche
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 0.5 ½ cucumber (s)
  • some salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled thyme

Instructions
