Tuna Tartlets

A beautiful, tasty, convenient for a buffet table and a feast snack in tartlets. For the filling, a moderately salty, delicate pate of tuna, cucumber and cheese is used, which is complemented by red caviar.

Ingredients

  • Tuna in its own juice – 180 g
  • Cream cheese (curd) – 200 g
  • Pickled cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tbsp
  • Red caviar – 80 g
  • Tartlets – 16-18 pcs.
  • Greens – for serving
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. For the tuna tartlets, take the products from the recipe list.
  2. Drain the oil, knead the tuna itself to the state of gruel.
  3. Stir in cream cheese.
  4. Add finely chopped pickled cucumber.
  5. Season with ground black pepper, if necessary, a pinch of salt, chopped garlic and mayonnaise. Stir.
  6. Put the filling into the tartlets with a slide, decorate with red caviar and a branch of fresh herbs on top.
  7. Serve tuna tartlets to the table. Bon Appetit!
