Ingredients

  • 1 small onion (s), chopped
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 150 g turkey breast
  • 250 g spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 60 g whole wheat pasta
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Let the onion cubes in oil become translucent, add the turkey breast cut into bite-sized pieces and fry all over. Finally, season with salt and pepper, set aside and keep warm.
  2. Wash and sort the spinach (thaw frozen spinach), then stew a little, season with salt and pepper, add some nutmeg if necessary.
  3. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente, drain and mix with the spinach.
  4. Arrange on a plate and add the meat.
