Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • salt
  • pepper
  • curry
  • 200 g camembert (s)
  • 400 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • liter ⅛ broth, instant
  • 3 tablespoon heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Rub the turkey schnitzel with salt and pepper and fry briefly. Cut the cheese into cubes, clean the mushrooms and cut into slices.
  2. Sweat the flour in hot butter until lightly. Pour the meat stock and cream on top and bring to the boil while stirring. Now season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Place the meat in a baking dish, add layers of mushrooms, camembert and sauce on top. Bake covered at 200 ° for 20 minutes.
  3. Then grill uncovered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
