Delight meat lovers with mouth-watering turkey fillet chops. Fry the broken fillet pieces quickly to seal the meat juices. Then we grease the poultry meat with sour cream and bake it in the oven. Thanks to such manipulations, dryish turkey fillet chops are very juicy and tender.

Ingredients
Turkey fillet – 500 g
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Ground black pepper – 1/3 teaspoon (to taste)
Vegetable oil – 30 ml (2 tablespoons)
Directions
Rinse the turkey fillet and dry it with paper towels. We cut the fillet across the fibers into layers 3 cm thick. I got 4 pieces.
We beat off each layer of fillet from two sides.
Salt and pepper the chops on both sides.
Heat 2 tablespoon in a frying pan. tablespoons of vegetable oil and over high heat quickly fry the poultry meat on both sides until golden brown.
Line the baking sheet with foil, layout the fried chops, and grease them with sour cream on top. We send the baking sheet with chops to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees, until tender.
