The first thing to start preparing the chops is to rinse the chicken breasts and pat dry with a kitchen towel. Remove streaks, if any. Slice each portion of the breast across, into slices approximately 4 cm wide. Then beat each bite lightly with a kitchen hammer.
Break eggs into any container (plate, bowl), add flour, salt, sour cream and finely chopped dill.
Beat the ingredients until smooth. Dip each cue ball into batter. Fry chicken chops in batter on both sides in a preheated skillet with sunflower oil.
Chicken chops in batter with sour cream and herbs are ready. Serve the chicken chops hot.
