Chicken Thigh Fillet Chops in Batter with Mayonnaise

Chicken thigh chops in batter with mayonnaise look as delicious as the usual chicken fillet chops. This makes the chops much juicier and softer. Try it!

Servings: 3

Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs – 600 g (3 pcs.)
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise – 45 g
  • Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (no slide)
  • Seasoning for chicken – 0.5 teaspoon
  • Wheat flour – 15 g (1 tablespoon)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying) – 1.5 tbsp

Directions

  1. Wash and dry chicken thighs, remove the skin, remove bone and excess fat. Cover the fillets with cling film and beat off with the flat side of a hammer or rolling pin to make the pieces more even and cook the chicken faster.
  2. Prepare the batter. Combine egg, mayonnaise, flour, salt, and prepared chicken seasoning. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps left.
  3. Dip the prepared thighs into the batter on both sides. Shake off excess batter.
  4. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil over low heat. Place the chops in batter and fry on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Then turn the chops over again, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken for another 3-4 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining chicken thighs.
  6. Chops from chicken thighs fillet in batter with mayonnaise are ready. Decorate a plate with lettuce leaves, layout the hot chops, and serve.
