Chicken Fillet Chops in Batter

The chicken always helps me out. I will suggest chicken breast chops fried in batter. Just 20 minutes – and a delicious dinner is ready!

Cook: 20 mins

Servings: 4


  • Chicken breast – 1 pc. (400-500 g)
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable oil – 4 tbsp
  • Pepper to taste
  • For batter:
  • Chicken eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Flour – 2-3 tbsp


  1. The products for the recipe are in front of you.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry, cut into portions across the fibers.
  3. Use a hammer to beat off the prepared chicken fillet.
  4. Season each piece with salt and pepper to taste on both sides.
  5. Make a batter. To do this, drive eggs into a bowl.
  6. Add salt and flour. Beat well until smooth.
  7. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Dip pieces of chicken meat in batter, put in heated oil. Fry over medium heat until golden brown, first on one side (3-5 minutes).
  8. Then turn over and fry the chops until golden brown on the other side. So fry all the chops.
  9. The batter chicken breast chops are ready. Serve with your favorite side dish or vegetables.
