  • 2 turkey schnitzel, 150 g each
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 300 ml chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • soy sauce
  • parsley
  • 2 tablespoon sour cream
  • 125 g rice (dry)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Cut the turkey schnitzel into thin strips.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Dice the onions and garlic, slice the mushrooms, cut the paprika into strips, add everything to the meat and fry. Pour in the chicken stock, stir in the tomato paste and let everything simmer for about 5 - 10 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  4. Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the sour cream. Add the rice and stir in.
