  • 600 g potato (s), waxy
  • 4 turkey schnitzel (160 g each)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 120 g cheese (Edam), rated
  • 1 pinch curry powder
  • 0.5 ½ bunch herbs, mixed

Instructions

  1. Wash potatoes and cook for 20 minutes. Peel and let cool. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  2. Rinse the turkey meat, pat dry, if necessary pat lightly flat. Season with salt and pepper and fry in hot olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Keep warm.
  3. Roughly grate the potatoes and mix with the cheese. Season with salt and curry. Mix the washed and chopped herbs into the potato mixture. Spread the mixture over the schnitzel with a spoon, press down a little and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  4. A salad goes well with it.
