Ingredients

  • 4 turkey schnitzel
  • salt and pepper
  • Clarified butter
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 90 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g parmesan, rated
  • 50 g pumpkin seeds, finely chopped
  • 125 ml water
  • 125 ml cream, (whipped cream)
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Beat the schnitzel, season with salt and pepper and fry in the hot clarified butter on both sides until golden, then place in a buttered baking dish.
  2. Switch on the oven to 200 ° hot air.
  3. Mix the very soft butter with cheese, pumpkin seeds and breadcrumbs to a firm paste. Apply this paste to the schnitzel and press it down. Baked the schnitzel for 12 minutes. Mix the water, cream and soy sauce together, pour over the schnitzel and bake the schnitzel for another 10 minutes.
  4. Serve with the sauce and serve with potatoes or rice, vegetables and any salad. These schnitzel also taste delicious cold.
